500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup beef broth
2 spring onions, chopped
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add onion and garlic to the pan, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add beef slices, cook until browned on all sides.
4. Add bell pepper and mushrooms, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
5. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper, and salt.
6. Pour in beef broth, let it simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
7. Garnish with spring onions before serving.
