- Pre-cooked Swedish meatballs
- Egg noodles
- Cream of mushroom soup
- Sour cream
- Beef broth
- Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook your noodles until al dente, then drain.
In a skillet, sauté onions and garlic in butter until translucent.
Add meatballs to the skillet and heat through.
Stir in mushroom soup, sour cream, and beef broth until combined
Mix the meatball sauce with noodles and transfer to a baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese and bake until golden and bubbly.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
